At SDIMT, during the MBA program apart from covering their course curriculum, we focus on developing
Interpersonal Skill: - SDIMT organizes various community service programs and while participating in these programs, a student get the opportunities to interact with various type of people which help them in developing their Interpersonal skill.
Team Building Program: - We assign different type of assignments and live projects to the students and they have to complete them while performing in a team which helps them in understanding the dynamism of working in a team.
Communication Skill: - We focus on developing communication skill of a student by way of power point presentation, English speaking programs, debate, role play and various other techniques.
Leadership Skill: - BY encouraging them to be volunteers in different extra co ?curricular activities and sport programs, role plays and other leadership development programs.
Character Building Programs: - We focus on students to inculcate four core value of life ? 1) Respect 2) Sincerity/Honesty 3) Kindness 4) Helpfulness by giving continuous talk on above values .In a way we also make them socially responsible.
